Step back in time at this 1880s miner’s cottage in historic Moonta Mines. Built over 140 years ago and extended in the early 1900s by the man who built many Yorke Peninsula roads, it still features the dining room, kitchen and bathroom he added. Lovingly owned for 12+ years and renovated twice, the cottage blends original stone walls and low doorways with modern comforts, a cozy wood fire, a well-equipped indoor & outdoor kitchen, and a big backyard perfect for BBQs under the dark night stars.

Our beach house has the uniqueness of two beach houses on the one property making it perfect for family and friends wanting to travel together. Location is Perfect! Only 150m to the beach, with beach access on our street. Short walk to jetty and splash park Main house is 3 bedrooms, sleeping 7 guests. Mini house is 2 bedrooms sleeping 5 guests. Both having their own kitchen and bathroom. Large outdoor area with cubby house and great lawn space.Our table tennis table is also a fan favourite

Moonta Bay Self Contained Unit

Large one bedroom unit, set on it's own block of land. Located in a quieter part of Moonta Bay. You are a couple of minutes drive to the shops of Moonta and the historical Moonta Mines. A couple of minutes drive to the Moonta Bay beach and jetty, which includes a free water park for kids to play at the foreshore. 5 minute drive to Pt Hughes boat ramp. There is plenty of off street parking and room for children to ride bikes safely away from the road. Small dogs are permitted outside.

Sandcastles 1 Moonta Bay

*Loose supplied linen option available or BYO* Newly renovated property situated on the beachfront with near 180deg views. No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

Coast Road Beach House - 300mtr to the beach.

Great place to relax and enjoy time with the family. 3 bedroom house, accommodates up to 6. Ducted reverse air-conditioning for all year round comfort. Board games, books and DVD's supplied. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard with basketball court to keep children entertained for hours. Weber BBQ. Fish cleaning sink. Linen is NOT provided. Quilts and pillows provided. Linen can be arranged for a small fee. Great patio area to enjoy meals together. NO PETS allowed. No Parties allowed.

Retreat on Nankivell is located on a quiet street in lovely Moonta Bay - only a ten minute walk to the beach, jetty and cafes. With 4 bedrooms, 2 lounge spaces, large kitchen and alfresco, it's perfect for both small and large groups! Outdoor alfresco area with BBQ and lawn for kids to play. Please be aware - the 3 spare bedrooms are locked. The code for unlocking will be provided depending on the number of guests booked. Prices will alter according to number of guests.

The area is known for its sandy beaches, clear waters, great fishing, coffee shops and eateries, plus sunsets you won't forget. A place to relax, explore and make memories!
