Dimitrios Residence is a 3-storey house which combines elegantly modern design with the quaintness of the old city, creating an atmosphere of romance, serenity and relaxation. A recently fully-restored house ( February 2020), beautifully decorated and conveniently located, literally in the heart of the old town, steps away from the city's most well- known restaurants, shops, cafés and bars and within walking distance of the imposing Fortezza Fortress and the magnificent Venetian Harbour.

Suite Erontas - Casa Del Balsamo

The Erontas Suite is located on the first floor of the Venetian building Casa Del Balsamo, in the most famous alley of the old town of Rethymno in Makri Steno, just 800 m from the sandy beach of Rethymnon. It is a 55 m² apartment capable of comfortably accommodating up to four people. It has a double bed 1.60 X 2, a sofa that becomes a bed, a bathroom with a shower and a hammam for endless hours of relaxation and well-being, guests are also provided with bathrobes.

Krokos Crete

Krokos Crete is an old ottoman house in the hearth of the old town of Rethymno. This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
