The flat is filled with natural light and offers a cozy living area with a sofa and a separate bed for up to three guests. Several supermarkets are nearby, and a Späti is just 50 meters around the corner. Samariterstraße station is only 100 meters away, while Ostkreuz station is also close. Boxhagener Platz park and many restaurants, cafés, and bars are about 150 meters from the flat.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
