I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Este apartamento de 1 dormitorio (42 metros cuadrados), renovado en marzo 2025, está situado en el moderno barrio de Schillerkiez, en el distrito berlinés de Neukölln. Se pueden alojar cómodamente 2 personas, estando disponible además un sofá cama para otras 1-2 personas. El apartamento dispone de conexión WLAN / WIFI gratuita. El edificio es del año 1884 y tiene suelos de madera lacada de blanco y techos altos (3,40 m), lo que le aporta un encanto elegante. El apartamento está situado en una calle tranquila (calle Selchower Straße), así como aproximadamente a 100 metros de distancia de la calle Hermannstraße. Las ventanas del apartamento dan a un patio arbolado del edificio, al que sólo tienen acceso los habitantes del mismo. La calle Hermannstraße es una concurrida calle comercial donde se pueden encontrar supermercados, panaderías, oficinas de correos, banco, cines (la mayoría de las películas en versión original con subtítulos), farmacias, tintorería, etc. Una cafetería, donde podrá tomar el desayuno, está a sólo 2 casas. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!
