Villa Zen is located in Okrug Gornji, a small village on the island Čiovo next to the city of Trogir. Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.

Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.

This spacious 125 m² apartment offers comfort and privacy across three separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The standout feature is the shared biomagnesium heated pool with a panoramic view, used exclusively by just two apartments. With a maximum of around 10-12 guests in total, it offers a highly private and relaxing atmosphere.
