Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

Within the plot there are parking spaces and a large well-kept garden. It is a comfortable and spacious house with 3 bedrooms(1 queen-size bed, 3 single beds and a sofa-bed), 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room/dining room/kitchen have new AC, as well as all of the bedrooms.
