Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

Adventure out and enjoy picturesque walks straight out of the door, immerse yourself in the allure of a 12th century priory, explore the beautiful Vale coastline and beaches, or trek to Merthyr Mawr sand dunes, a unique and magical nature reserve. Bridgend 5 mins, Cowbridge 5 mins, and Cardiff 20 mins by car.

Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

The Old School House is a welcoming and beautifully presented cottage brimming with quality fixtures and fittings, where every effort has been made to retain as much history and character as possible. The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. With two thriving village pubs, a well-stocked local supermarket and also well positioned for the 'off the beaten track' beaches of Pwll Du and Brandy Cove.

Hideaway Cottage - explore beautiful South Wales

Newly refurbished in the perfect location to explore South Wales. We are a dog friendly cottage with a fully fenced (6ft+) secure garden. With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables

No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 1 is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

It has a spacious yet cosy feel, with 2 woodburning stoves, it's own spring water and all mod cons. It is situated perfectly for exploring the Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire coastlines and exploring the Preseli hills with all their Welsh magic.
