Two-floor stone house, with a sleeping room, living room, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. It was built originally in 1711., it's in the center of Jelsa. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. It's no more than 100 meters from the sea. A small terrasse, overlooking our garden, is perfect to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine.

The Casa Barbiere Hvar was built in 2023, located in the old town core of Jelsa. The style of the house is luxurious, traditional, and Mediterranean. The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.

Villa has a sauna, gym, fireplace, hot tub, billiard and outdoor pool. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, TV and air conditioning. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet but still near to the beautiful beach in Zavala (7 mins) and town Jelsa (5 mins). Moreover, it takes about 25 minutes to Hvar town. Next to Villa Belpur on the connecting property, is Villa Anouk so it might be interesting for bigger groups of families and/or friends, spending holidays together.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. It's a perfect place for practising sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time! Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
