My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Modrá chaloupka je stvořená pro rodiny s dětmi, milovníky přírody, turistiky, cyklistiky a ptačího zpěvu. Děti čeká spousta hraček, her a knížek, takže se zabaví i ve chvílích, kdy venku prší. V okolí najdete místa spojená s historií Slovenska: – Mohyla a muzeum generála M. R. Štefánika, – Muzeum architekta Dušana Jurkoviče, – Tajemný hrad v Karpatech – Dobrovodský hrad, – Čachtický hrad Alžběty Báthoryové …a mnoho dalších. Dopřejte si odpočinek tam, kde nejhlučnější jsou ptáci a cvrčci.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Napojenie na cyklotrasu k rekreačnej oblasti pri rieke Váh do 500m. Bezplatné parkovanie pri zadnom vchode pre 1-2 autá na súkromnom pozemku. Nie je potrebná klimatizácia, byt situovaný na SV. Tipy na výlety do okolia. Možnosť pozičania horských bicyklov či paddleboardov.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Postavené vlastnými rukami od základov až po ručne vyrobený nábytok interiéru. Upravené okolie domčeka pre Vaše pohodlie: terasa s lehátkami a vaničkami na kúpanie v lete, kaďa s vyhrievanou vodou na jarné a jesenné dni, vonkajšie posedenie na čiastočne krytej terase vedľa malého rybníka, priestor na grilovanie či opekanie. A všade navôkol vysadená zeleň. Záležalo mi na tom, aby hostia zažili kvalitu a komfort na pohľad aj na vlastnej koži.
