You will help us free fly our falcons on the cliffs of La Jolla at the Torrey Pines Gliderport, a National Historical Place and beloved landmark. In our Experience, offered through Total Raptor Experience San Diego, you'll learn how to call and release one of our trained birds using a falconry glove, and admire their aerial skills while they soar above the cliffs. You'll get an up-close and personal view of their mastery of flight as they perform simulated hunting behaviors, swooping, ground-skimming and diving at high speed after a moving target. At the same time we will discuss raptor flight styles and how they contribute to the diverse ecologies of different types of hawks and falcons. There will be plenty of time for questions and pictures with our birds. My hope is to send you home with a new, or perhaps renewed, love for these majestic predators and the environment. We will begin our classes with teaching everyone how to make pasta from scratch: ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle! We provide also a vegan alternative with dough without eggs. You will learn how to do 3 types of long pasta, 3 of short, and 4 different kind of ravioli. You can take this knowledge with you to your own kitchen with a copy of our recipes for you. Last but not least: bring your own bottle of wine! Cheers! At the end you’ll can taste your handmade pasta!

Kids Love It! Adults Love It! And the dogs will love that you came to walk them and play with them. We'll all meet at the amazing Shelter Island! You will meet our pack of rescue dogs of all sizes and origins, and help us exercise, socialize and publicize them! It helps these neglected (and sometimes abused) dogs learn to trust people again, and socializes them for public adoption events! We will walk the dogs the length of the Island and back, with great views of the marina, the ocean and across to the Navy yards. You will play with the dogs, help socialize them including treat-time, and get lot's of Instagram worthy photos! We will end at the beach , and then you will have time to explore Shelter Island and perhaps grab a coffee at a local shop! Other things to note It will probably be sunny! Wear sunscreen. You may want to wade in the water, or even swim, dress appropriately for that, and for the sand!

The boat illuminates 360 degrees inside and outside, and riding it after dark is a lot of fun. To complete your experience, a speaker and a small disco ball will make your boat rock'n'roll. Our crew will guide you through Night Bay to ensure you feel safe and know where to go. On an average night, we have a group of 12 boats and two boats with our crew. We will start at America's Cup Harbor, and after short pedaling, you will find yourself in San Diego Bay with a beautiful Night view of Downtown. We will play music, cruise around, and enjoy the skyline. The experience will end at the same location where it started. Pedal boats can accommodate up to 3 adults (600lb maximum weight). No experience is necessary to maneuver these pedal boats; you are good to go if you can ride a bike! You will stay dry all the time! No walking required ;) We will start by going over the basic operation of the scooters & getting comfortable riding in a quiet open area. From there, I will guide you through some of the most picturesque areas sharing my unique knowledge & history of the Island & pausing for photos. The first stop will be the beautiful Tidelands Park just across the Coronado Bridge where we will take a few pictures. Next, we spend some time exploring the Ferry Landing which has shops, restaurants, & a great view of the downtown skyline. We will then ride across the island through quaint neighborhoods checking out the lavish houses along the way. Once we've made it across the island it's time to stop and see the historic Hotel Del Coronado, the island's crown jewel. You will have some time to explore & walk the property. We will wrap up by riding the beautiful waterfront bike path back to where we started.
