Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na katu kuće nalazi se radna soba , 4 sobe sa kupaonicama svaka soba sa izlazom na terasu i 1 soba u mansardi. Kuća je klimatizirana a sve prostorije raspolažu sa centralnim grijanjem. U našem susjedstvu ima mnogo restorana "Volaria" i Ribarska kolibau Marini Veruda koje nude bogati riblji meni Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restoran koja nudi tradicionalnu istarsku kuhinju.Također i Pivnica na Rivi .Možete iznajmiti bicikle, mopede, čamce, automobile itd. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok. Izleti brodom: Otoci Brijuni ( nacionalni park )- polazi se brodom iz mjesta Fažane 5 km udaljenog od Pule, Putovanje u Zelenu i Plavu Istru(Vinska cesta- degustacija vina,agroturizam). Rovinj 30 km udaljen od Pule u kojem možete vidjeti Hrvatsku u malom gdje se nalazi i veliki akvarijum. Apartment "Romantic pop" is situated a few minutes from the beach and Lungomare area, Max city center (shopping mall) and in front of new pool, fitness and sauna center. In the neighborhood you can find also post office, caffe bars, tennis courts, restaurants, ecc. and a hospital is 10 minutes away by walk.
