Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

Located in small village Prcanj, 5km far away from Kotor old town and 12km from Tivat airport. Only 350m from the seaside. Inside building complex a free parking slot is provided. Enjoy the stunning Kotorbay view from central terace. Please note that approaching street is narrow and needs an experienced car driver.
