We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing.

Usted participará a un maravilloso paseo, 100% sustentable, en las montañas del Lago de Como. Es un paseo de aproximadamente 4 horas partiendo de Lecco. Después de conocernos y haber decidido cuál sendero les gustaría hacer (nivel bajo - medio - alto) saldremos del centro de la ciudad, caminaremos por uno de los caminos elegidos (Monte Barro) y cuando lleguemos a la cima, disfrutaremos de una vista espectacular del espléndido Lago de Como. Nos pararemos en el medio de un magnifico prado verde para aprender algunas técnicas de respiración. Habrá tiempo para tomar algunas fotos hermosas para sus recuerdos y redes sociales mientras miremos las hermosas montañas que rodean nuestro territorio. ¡Prepárate para enfrentar una hermosa subida lleno de energía para disfrutar de una vista impresionante! Otros aspectos destacables Sería mejor ponerse unos zapatos de montaña, el camino podría ser bastante empinado (si caminaremos por el sendero de nivel alto), no es un paseo ligero.

Dopo aver messo in acqua la barca ed armato le vele, proveremo a sfruttare la forza del vento per dirigere verso alcune delle più belle località turistiche del lago di Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Impareremo i nomi delle vele e delle manovre, le regolazioni della vela randa e del genoa secondo la provenienza del vento e l'andatura della barca; vi illustrerò come tenere il timone e lo scafo sempre veloce con le vele regolate per sfruttare al massimo la pressione dell'aria. Faremo prove di ormeggio al gavitello, ed in banchina. Proveremo il cambio delle vele secondo l'intensità del vento e dell'andatura della barca, in modo tale che a fine giornata l'ospite avrà una panoramica generale di cosa voglia dire sfruttare il vento per muoversi sull'acqua in sicurezza. Sì perchè farò accenno anche a cosa si deve fare e non fare in mare per poter sempre veleggiare in completa sicurezza ed evitare episodi spiacevoli quando le condizioni meteorologiche cambiano anche improvvisamente. Non mancheranno i momenti di relax, e perchè no, un tuffo in acqua se la giornata lo permetterà. A differenza dei corsi di vela veri e propri, non prevedo lezioni specifiche suddivise in più giornate, in quanto non è lo scopo dell'esperienza: che sarà provare la sensazione e capire cosa vuol dire andare a vela sfruttando qualcosa che non si vede ma solo si sente: il vento, il vero motore della barca. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' richiesto agli ospiti di saper nuotare o stare a galla, e di avere confidenzialità con l'acqua. Non esiste il pericolo di soffrire di mal di mare.

Por lo tanto, cada uno de Ustedes se divertirá haciendo su propia masa. El objetivo es el de aprender a hacer la pizza sin equipo profesional, así que hornearemos nuestras pizzas en un horno de cocina. We will sail in the most beautiful areas of Lake Como and in particular in the area between Bellagio, Varenna, Fiumelatte, Menaggio and sometimes Tremezzo on a 41-feet sailboat designed by Philippe Starck and Pininfarina. Me and my co-host Mike are both professional skippers who, in addition to be expert sailors, will explain the history of Lake Como and some historic villas . You can relax listening to music (Bose bluetooth system), swim in the most beautiful places and enjoy an aperitif on board.

La Tremezzina, con l'Isola Comacina e la Villa del Balbianello, rappresenta un'area in cui il microclima particolare ha permesso lo sviluppo delle coltivazioni di ulivi fin dal tempo dei romani e successivamente lo sviluppo del turismo. Partendo dall'imbarcadero di Lenno, sul Lago di Como (orario definito in base ad orari stagionali dei battelli ed aliscafi), cammineremo lungo la Greenway del Lago di Como, un'antica strada commerciale di collegamento tra Milano e la Svizzera, che attraversa borghi di pescatori e grandi Ville, osservando la morfologia del territorio modellato dai grandi ghiacciai del passato. Visiteremo i giardini e interni della Villa del Balbianello (ingresso non incluso nella quota di accompagnamento), una delle più belle del Lago di Como, dove sono stati girati anche alcuni film americani. You will then proceed to Tremezzo and your captain will show you famous Villa Carlotta, which attracts thousands of travellers every week. You will finally end your tour where it started and will leave with an unforgettable memory ! I miei ospiti saranno accolti in una casa tipica italiana, un ex fienile di paese, chiamato il "Looch", tradotto in italiano grandi prati. Secondo le condizione atmosferiche, riceverò gli ospiti in casa, o possibilmente all'esterno. Uno di miei terrazzi si affaccia su un bellissimo prato con vista del campanile di Cardano, l'altro confina con il fiume Sanagra. Con questo quadro idilliaco, preparerò con amore e "savoir faire" la colazione ricca e naturale il più possibile. Più che una colazione sarà un opportunità di scambi di lingue, mi piace condividere il dialetto madre, e le tradizione locale. Il mio punto forte é rapportarmi con i miei ospiti sulle preparazione casalinghe, commentare e scambiare opinioni. Il mese di dicembre, assembleremo una casetta di pane di zenzero che vi porterete a casa.

Passeggeremo tra i filari di pinot nero mentre vi svelerò i segreti di questo territorio, che risulta perfetto per la coltivazione della vite. Sotto il pergolato degusteremo i migliori vini che il Lago di Como e le montagne circostanti ci donano, abbinati a prodotti tipici locali. Enjoy a day trip walking along the "Greenway of the lake", from Tremezzo to Isola Comacina and Villa Balbianello. At 9:30 starts our walking tour from Tremezzo, typical village looking the central part of the lake, in front of Bellagio and Varenna. A walking day tour of about 12 km from Tremezzo to Ossuccio through an ancient connection road, the "Greenway of the lake", discovering gentle paths, hidden corners of local history and enchanting lake views. We reach Ossuccio and from there the Comacina Island by public boat. Comacina island is the only one island on lake Como, one of the most interesting archeological sites in northern Italy for the early Middle Ages. The area, called Zoca de l'Oli for its mild climate, is covered by mediterranean vegetation and olive trees for the production of local oil. From Comacina island return trip by public boat to Ossuccio, from Ossuccio by walk to Villa Balbianello, in Lenno. Villa Balbianello is located on a wooded promontory on Como lake. This elegant, romantic 18th century mansion and its magnificent garden have hosted writers and travelers, including Guido Monzino, the last owner. From Villa Balbianello by walk to the ferry boat in Lenno, from Lenno return trip to Tremezzo by public boat.
