The two rooms both have luxury super king beds that can be changed into 4 singles if needed. There is even a gym for those who can’t miss there gym sessions.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Fleetwood is home to 2 serene studio spaces—side by side, each with its own private entrance and parking at the door. You’ll feel safe, secure, and completely at ease in our peaceful pocket of the island. If your preferred dates aren’t available, check our other listing—we have 2 identical studios here at Fleetwood. Note it is an outdoor bath tub, not a spa pool. More hygienic - fresh water & no chemicals.

The Retreat is nestled in protected native rain forest with stunning views down to Lion Rock at Piha Beach 15 mins drive away. You will be rested & rejuvenated after your stay. Designed by Chris Tate, who won international acclaim for his "Glasshouse" in Titirangi. Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand. Misty Mountain Hut supports local Piha staff by paying $40/hr.
