Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).
