The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Townsite Heritage Home Guest Suite

Relax and enjoy your stay in this ground level, newly renovated one bedroom suite located in a 100+ year old home in Historic Townsite. This suite is located on a quiet street and within easy walking distance to Powell Lake, to a lovely ocean beach, our local brewery and a boutique mall with cafe, bakery, grocery store and other cool shops. The space has wonderful amenities including a spa-worthy bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and two patio spaces.

The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

Frolander Bay Resort - Tiny Cottages

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. This beautiful brand new waterfront guest cottage boasts stunning high bank views of the Malaspina Strait. This is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Cozy 240 sq ft tiny cabin with all the essentials, including washer/dryer, small oven, fridge, and microwave. Features an indoor shower plus a seasonal outdoor shower (hot & cold, May–Sept). Private deck, seating area, and propane fire pit. Walk to Palm Beach and the Sunshine Coast Trail. Convenience/liquor store nearby. 15 min to Saltery Bay ferry, 20 min to Comox ferry.
