The house offers a lovely and lumious atmosphere & is both suited for work travel, ONS or a family holiday. Situated in a quiet peaceful neighboorhood, surrounded by nature. Godalen Beach is less than 1 min walk away & is a great place for swimming, hang outs & offers breathtaking views of the fjord & mountains. Town is 20 min away by foot. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Nyt en nydelig sjøutsikt fra husets store vinduer. Du kan ligge i badekaret og se utover horisonten, og ta morgenkaffen i senga mens du ser bølgene treffe svaberget i hagen. Det tar 5-7 minutter å kjøre til Preikestolen basecamp, 5 minutter til sentrum av Jørpeland og 30 minutter til Stavanger sentrum.

The cottage is quiet and idyllic located, about 35 minutes from the city, a great starting point for trips in the area, at sea, on foot or by bike. It is located in scenic surroundings with stunning panoramic views and a short way to the beach. You have to walk about 100m in terrain from the parking lot. ( Some may find it steep.) You also get access to the boathouse with a small living room and private beach. Motor boat and 2kajaks. The beautiful photos in the cabin are for sale.

Jernbanestasjonen og shoppingsenter med restauranter er det to minutter å gå til. 8 minutter med tog til Stavanger sentrum og 10 minutter til Sandnes. Ca 15 minutter å kjøre til flyplassen. Det er også flere fine fjellturer i nærområde.Det er eit fint uteområde bak huset hvor det beiter sauer, geiter og høner som legger ferske egg. Det er også fint å nyte soloppgang og solnedganger, grille eller leke for barna. Stor parkeringsplass, rolig nabolag og ingen innsyn.

Koselig hytte helt i sjøkanten med nydelig soloppgang. Ta gjerne morgen badet å måltidene på terrassen med nydelig utsikt over fjorden. Hytten ligger sentralt enten du ønsker å tilbringe dagene med shopping, fisking eller gå fantastiske fjellturer som Preikestolen, Kjerag og Flørlitrappene. Det er også mange andre merkede turløyper i nærområdet som Uburen, Hatten, Hesten, Skjerajuvet osv. Badestrand , Forsand med butikk, Landa fortidslandsby like i nærheten.
