The apartment is located in "Poble Nou" , just in the limit with Villa Olimplica and short walk to "Bogatell” beach, la Rambla de Poble nou and the Olympic harbour. Also is few minutes via metro from Barcelona main tourist attractions. This modern apartment has been recently renovated keeping all its charm and character. These high standard Holiday apt stand out because of its functional layout, excellent qualities and an exquisite finish. The apartment of 65 + square meters is on the 2º floor of a renovated old building. It has not elevator. It has capacity up to 5 persons: 2 in the main bedroom and others 2 in another room and 1 child more in a single bed that is in the salon. The apartment has morning light in the rooms ( the front part face the east) and sun in the afternoon (the salon faces west). The apt has 2 rooms and in the case that a person desire to sleep in the salon , the apt has mobile wood panel that is used at night to create intimacy in his space and create a temporary 3er room. In the day time you would place the 3 panels in the aisle to prepare the salon to be used for all of the guests. The salon overlooks an 18 square meters terrace. The terrace would be integrated to the living room through an open windows system that allow the windows to be completed open. The big window has a security grills that could be totally opened if you desire to. The salon is a very nice and quiet place to stay , full of light with views of the sky and an old distillery Spirit of 1916 recycled in modern design lofts, (please check the views on the pics). It has sun during the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during a short or long stay. In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials.
