Las instalaciones incluyen baños, duchas, cocina y sala de secado dentro del edificio principal (a 1 minuto a pie de las tiendas de campaña). Ubicado en la base del bosque Glentress, gran acceso a rutas de ciclismo de montaña y rutas a pie. Cafetería y tienda de MTB al lado. A 5 minutos en auto de Peebles con muchas tiendas y restaurantes locales.
