In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. Welkom in de Scheldestreek, gekend om haar rust, natuur, wandel-en fietsroutes en op korte afstand van mooie cultuursteden Antwerpen, Mechelen, Brussel en Gent.

Heel uitzonderlijk is dit charmant gelijkvloers appartement in een 16e eeuws kloostergebouw. Bovendien super centraal gelegen én met een gezellig tuintje, om met je aperitief te bekomen van een dag in de bruisende stad! Dit kom je zelden tegen in het stadscentrum! Het appartement heeft een grote, open keuken, hoge, houten plafonds, vele ramen, houten vloeren, een mooie slaapkamer met veel opbergruimte en een tweede slaapkamer op een half open mezzanine die je met een houten ladder betreed.

Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Baasrode is next to Vlassenbroek and Kastel, an amazing bike and walk area!
