It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). It is 10 minutes from the center of Belgrade and 2 minutes away from the Danube river and a beautiful quay where you can take a walk and relax. The Gardos tower is also in walking distance, about 10 minutes away, from where you can see the whole city. This part of the town is full of restaurants and cafes, but it is really quiet and relaxing.
