UofT, TMU, AGO, and Harbourfront are a short ride. Lake Ontario is 20 mins on foot. We have cats and a dog mostly in the basement - please note if you have allergies.

A private room on a third floor walk up apartment located right at College and Grace in downtown Toronto. Room is bright with lots of natural light. Feels very cozy and comfortable. It also has private access to outside balcony. Please do not book if you have trouble with steep stairs, uncontrolled heat environments, or small size bathrooms. Not recommended for sensitive people. Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.
