Bedroom 1 includes a king size bed and bedroom 2 a queen size bed. The living area is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen features quality appliances and granite countertops. Cooking ware, dishes, and utensils provided.

Mountain Brook is your quiet escape after adventure-packed days in the Wasatch Mountains. Park City, Sundance, and Salt Lake City are minutes away. Your creekside home--cozy and a bit retro (think going to your grandma's home)--is nestled in the mountains in a secluded residential neighborhood, away from the city. Located in scenic Provo Canyon. You are 6 minutes to Sundance, 13 minutes to Provo, and 44 minutes to Park City. Dogs welcome! We have a fully-fenced yard.

Please note our rental is not ideally suited for small children as we have art and small artifacts, that we treasure, throughout the cottage.

We'd love to host you in our Studio apartment with queen bed plus queen sleeper sofa to fit 4 comfortably. Tons of natural light and views- windows ALL have full pull down shades for privacy as well. Locked Storage closet for skis, bikes or luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Community includes splash pad, soccer fields, playground, boardwalk trails and biking trails. Free transportation throughout Park City via High Valley Transit.

Back Shack Loft

The Backshack Loft is a 2nd floor loft with vaulted ceilings & comfy furnishings. It's a great space for up to 4 family members. There is a semi-private bedroom with a king bed, and one full bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, open large living area with a queen size sofa sleeper, and laundry facilities. There is a deck with views of the mountains, one (1) car parking in carport - please do NOT bring more than one car.
