The Bakery - Single-storey characterful cottage

The Bakery is a four star, converted, characterful, stone-built barn surrounded by countryside in a lovely rural setting. Situated between Aberystwyth and the beautiful harbour town of Aberaeron with its colourful Georgian houses. The nearest village of Llanrhystud offers a post office and shop, a pub and petrol station with small supermarket. The property offers excellent wifi. Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Hen Efail - Old Smithy

Recommended by the Sunday Times (12.09.21), Hen Efail is close to Cors Caron (the largest raised bog in Britain), the Cambrian Mountains and only 30 minutes' drive to the beautiful Ceredigion coastline. Its village location means it is only a short walk to independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Hen Efail has spacious rooms, yet maintains a cozy country feel with exposed beams/stonework and wood burning stove. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and pets.
