El Be is closed on the street side, so walk down the street, there's an Alameda #7 sign to guide you past Waffle Monkey, and you'll see us near the big tree lying on the sand. The yoga practice is on a flat, shaded space on the beach. I'll have yoga mats and personal brooms for you during class.

During the tour we will be driving atvs around beaches, mountains and towns, also we will be visiting viewpoints in the top of the hills to get beautiful pictures, the tour starts at playa Brasilto where you are going to get clear instruction of how to operate the atvs, also you will get all the safetly equipment, after this we will start driving north from Brasilito, diving along the coast line, going around playa Brasilto, playa flamingo and playa Potrero, after this we will visit the top of the hills and enjoy at the viewpoint, from here you will be able to see the best ocean view, all along the way we will be looking for Howler monkeys, after this we will return to playa Brasilto and finish the tour. Other things to note Bring beach clothes, we will stop at beach and is optional if you want to swim on the ocean, sunscreen is very important and don’t forget your camera

I want to take you to live on of the best experiences in Tamarindo full of Adventure and Nature :) We will meet at the Tamarindo Estuary Park Ranger Station, which is part of Las Baulas National Marine Park. We will begin our adventure sailing around 2 hours through the brackish waters of the Estuary where we can witness the abundant biodiversity of the area (in this tour we can see Crocodiles, Monkeys, Wading Birds and much more wildlife typical of mangrove forest). Upon reaching the dry forest we will walk along trails in search of Howler Monkeys, Raccoons and Iguanas. We will also share a delicious snack of tropical fruits and water. I will be stoked to make this experience, one of the best memories of your vacation in Costa Rica! Other things to note Mosquito repellent recommended

Nos encontraremos en el Hotel Villa Amarilla, donde hablaremos de las condiciones: marea, viento, olas, etc. Allí te cambiarás en un guardia de erupción, te pondrás bloqueador solar y guardarás tus pertenencias. Luego nos dirigiremos a la playa, que está a solo unos pasos, y comenzaremos la clase en tierra. Revisaremos cómo pararnos en la tabla, dónde poner tu peso, consejos de seguridad y lo que haremos en el agua. ¡Un poco de práctica apareciendo en la arena y luego nos dirigiremos al agua para empezar a poner todo lo que acabas de aprender a la prueba! ¡Allí te acompañaré en las olas y empezaremos a surfear! Otros aspectos destacables ¡Trae tu traje de baño, una toalla, protector solar (zinc), agua y aperitivos según sea necesario y una cámara!

Estas recetas se han transmitido generación tras generación. Las aprendí de mi mamá y las compartiré contigo. Te explicaré en qué ocasiones normalmente los cocinamos, cuáles son los secretos para el mejor sabor e historias detrás de estos platillos. Hacer tortillas y empanadas son actividades perfectas para los niños, les encanta jugar con masa, lo hago con mi nieto Samuel cuando me visita. We'll meet at Pico Bistro (a cafe located right by Tamarindo beach) and pick out a surf board and rash guard for you. Before getting into the water we will go through safety the correct way to paddle, hot to stand up and some surf etiquette. Before going into the water you will practice popping up a few times on the sand and when you feel ready we'll go into the water. In the water your instructor will be on your side all the time, giving you tips to help you improve your surfing as we go. Your instructor will make sure you have fun and feel comfortable, and get you riding your first wave! The lesson is 1.5-2h long depending on how many people we send per instructor. If you are a more experienced surfer, we can discuss what you want to improve and then in the water your instructor will give you pointers on how to perfect your surfing.

Your Best Night in Tamarindo is Planned! The Bar Crawl is the best way to get to know people from all over the globe, and discover the best clubs and bars in Tamarindo, with the coolest people in town. We start the night off at 9:30pm @ Selina. The Check in is for an hour (We leave Selina @ 10:30pm, we have 2x1 specials for our crawlers so ask us! ) so there is time to get a few drinks and mingle with fellow crawlers. We take a group photo before we go and set off to the vibrant night life of Tamarindo. We stay an Hour at each venue, we provide VIP access to the clubs no lines, no hassle, and a welcome shot at each bar, plus our unlimited Mr.Shots while we walk from bars to clubs. Be prepared for a full night of fun and drinking! ;)

Let me take you on a journey to make you discover the nicest places and the secrets spots of Tamarindo! We will meet at the Hotel Diria, epicenter of the village, where the story begins... You will learn of its indigenous roots, and later how this little magic town got developed from the 70's, its history, and the lifestyle 'Pura Vida' that makes the village so attractive for people coming from all around the world. I will explain you as well its challenges to maintain a sustainable environment and how to respect it, the do's and don'ts. This is not a simple tour! You will create landmarks that will allow you to enjoy fully all the attractions and 'must see' of Tamarindo. Restaurants and bars and art galleries will be on our way, as well as different access to the beach and the best view points to admire the sunset. I will show you the places where are living crocodiles, monkeys, iguanas, and other animals. It doesn't matter if you are on a tight schedule or flirting with the idea of making Tamarindo your home, I assure you will experience what for me and thousand others, do it one of the greatest place to be!

Aerial yoga is a fun, interactive type of yoga class that also promotes stretching, strengthening, and balance. All levels are welcome. We will meet at the entrance of Yoga Ashram Costa Rica where we will do the class. The open-air yoga deck overlooks the jungle and has a distant ocean view as well, making it a beautiful backdrop for our practice and an opportunity to connect with nature. The classes are boutique with a small number of participants for a personalized experience. We begin the class with a relaxation technique and then warm up with a few stretches. I will teach the student(s) fun aerial yoga poses and moves, and we will also practice specific poses to relieve tension, back pain, or other needs as discussed beforehand. We finish the class with relaxation and guided meditation with optional essential oils. Other things to note Stay well hydrated, and preferably do not eat a large meal 1.5h+ before the class. For your safety, do not come under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Don't wear heavy jewelry, longer pants or tights are recommended.

The Famous Beach and Pool Crawl is Tamarindo's oldest and longest running Bar Crawl! Everyone meets at El Be! Tamarindo beach club every Sunday for a pre-party between 12:00-1:00pm. Once you had a few beers and mingled with fellow crawlers you make your way on an old American school bus and we head on out to the coast. Tunes are blasting and you get to know your neighbors as you drive out of town to explore 3 amazing secret spots. There are pool parties with a DJ, beautiful beaches and amazing cocktails and food, with live entertainment, and you end the epic day watching the sunset with your new friends with a blazing beach bonfire in the background. The party doesn’t stop at sunset! The bus ride back is the best dance party and the highlight of the day. We have room for 50 crawlers each week and often sell out so please ensure to book ahead! Other things to note We do not accept cancelations. Tour is approximately 7hrs. Feel free to bring drinks to drink on the bus, but they cannot be consumed in the bars. Departing from the beach in Tamarindo at 1:30 pm you will enjoy a four and one half hour (4 1/2) hour sail along Costa Rica's spectacular coastline in one of the purpose built catamarans found within the Marlin del Rey Sailing Tours fleet - the 66 foot Marlin del Rey, the 65 foot New Marlin or the 65 foot Marlin Tres.  All are open and spacious which allows our passengers to comfortably enjoy the blue water views of the glorious Costa Rican coastline with its pristine beaches and verdant jungles from the bow trampolines, lounge on the roof deck, man the wheel with the captain or relax, one of the oversized tables found in the shaded area of the main salon and ultimately experience one of the brilliant Costa Rican sunsets. Upon departing Tamarindo we will leisurely sail along the Gold Coast will searching for and hopefully observing some of the vast, abundant and varied sea life found along our shores.  Some of the sea life we hope to encounter includes whales, dolphins, turtles, flying fish, rays and a wide variety of sea birds.  If conditions permit we will also throw a few fishing lines off the back in the hopes of hooking into one of the many game fish that ply our waters. Guests will meet me in front of Namu restaurant and we will lay out yoga mats and complete a 1 hour yoga class. I will help guests get in and out of the yoga poses in a safe manner and help provide a safe/peaceful space to practice. This class will be peaceful, serene, and calming. The setting of the Pacific Ocean with the palm trees, sounds of the birds, and precious vibe of Tamarindo is a perfect setting for a fresh morning yoga class. I will provide you with a calming, pleasant energy- and a safe, therapeutic yoga class. I give many modifications to beginners, and I provide many option to go deeper for advanced practitioners. My classes are local friendly so the class may be in Spanish and English to make sure it is inclusive to the Spanish speaking natives.
