The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.

Come stay in our modern and minimalist suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and family noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a quiet, serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, has A/C, a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

Enjoy this unique, private, cozy spot in nature. This space is 5 minutes from the Francis Peninsula Park which has a unique hiking trail along the ocean. You can also swim, paddle board or watch the sunset. We are 5 minutes from Maderia Park shopping, also a 20-minute drive to the best swimming lakes on the Sunshine Coast. We have made this a Five Star Glamping spot just for you.
