We are located 5 minutes from TIEC in a beautiful private setting This luxury villa at OMV overlooks a serene view of a private meadow located at the end of a private road . The decor is contemporary and very spacious, fully equipped with all the conveniences of home Come relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio! $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets to be in crates when not home. 4 people max occupancy. $150 charged if not respected

This space is in the lower level of our home. Your private entrance is on the backside of the house. Outdoor stairs will take you to lower level. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Tryon. The neighborhood is quiet and has a calming effect. You will be surrounded by nature. We are about 45 minutes to Greenville; 30 minutes to Hendersonville and 1 hour to Asheville. Attractions in the area include several vineyards; Tryon International Equestrian Center; FENCE & Harmon Field to name a few.

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly.
