Warm, welcoming house with a private pool and a magnificent open view of the Istrian hills. The property contains two stone houses; the main house sleeps 4 (shared bathroom) and the small one sleeps 2 (own bathroom). There is a sitting area on the terrace and plenty of lounge chairs around the 50 m2 pool. The house is close to the main square of a cosy little town of Vižinada, one of the main winemaking areas in Istria. Surrounded by hiking and biking paths. Beaches are only 15 min away.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.
