Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and little families .The Apartment is in a zone of the centar where you can sleep in quiet and easily go to eat ,drink and party in the old centar in few minutes without using the car. For visiting the the whole city You can use my 2 bicycles for free .

It is located on the ground floor and includes 1 bedroom with double bed(2 persons)+ the pull- out sofa in the living room for 2 aditional persons, bathroom and kitchen (fridge ,stoves, kettle for water and coffee) air conditioning, SAT TV, FREE Wi-fi and FREE parking place next to the house. The bedroom has a mosquito net on the window. The living room has the exit on the terrace with table, chairs, grill, parasol and drying rack.
