Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Koliba je okružena prirodom, planinama, bez gradske buke idealna za odmor i uživanje. Koliba posjeduje sve što treba za odmor- opremljenu kuhinju, bračni krevet, kupatilo. Kupatilo je malo u skladu je s konceptom planinske kolibe. Tuširanje je predviđeno na sredini kupatila. Zbog veličine kolibe nije moguće imati zasebnu tuš kabinu. Privatno je kupatilo.
