The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

This villa has private hydromassage pool (which can be heated after your request with extra charge) you can enjoy the view to the Ionian gulf towards Zakynthos Island and mount Ainos. It's 20min away from the airport and 5-15min walking from beach/restaurants/supermarkets.

The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈
