This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, still close to the town center and far enough to enjoy tranquillity away from town buzz. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away..

Matan's cottage

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
