Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

For Glastonbarry fans we are 5 mins walk to Romilly Park where the fabulous festival is situated. The Shepherd’s hut and art room are close to the river. There are four self catering accommodations within the grounds each has access to their own hot tubs. The Shepherd’s hut has a shower and toilet, hair dryer, dressing gowns and a heater. Sole use of the Art room is included and has full cooking facilities, a fridge, a wood burning stove, table and sofa. It is an ideal escape for a romantic weekend. The garden is festooned with fairy lights and who are invited to feed the alpacas.
