Located in the picturesque village of West Down, just 4 miles from the surfing beach of Woolacombe and a short drive to Croyde and Ilfracombe Harbour. The annex provides an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of every day life. West Down has an amazing pub with good food a village shop 3 mins walk away and easy access to the South West Coast path and Exmoor.

The Studio is a unique detached cottage sitting in a private location, in beautiful countryside just minutes from the North Devon coast. It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

This lovely new built holiday home is a great base for a short break or a longer holiday, whilst exploring some beautiful lovely beaches and exquisite coastal walks and views.Award winning beach(Woolacombe Sands), is only a short five minutes drive away. Directly from your doorstep, you set foot on a coastal path which takes to Lee bay, Woolacombe. We will consider allowing pets.

We overlook the harbour and has fabulous views of it and Damien Hurst's Verity. Watch the ships, fishing boats and occasionally dolphins! Ilfracombe's bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away too.. You’ll love my place because the apartment is tastefully furnished and has a really spacious light feel to it.We provide most things to help your stay be an enjoyable one. Relax on the balcony with a glass perhaps. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
