Kingfisher enjoys a riverside setting located directly on the Coleridge Way, nestled in a valley between The Quantocks AONB and Exmoor National Park, Kingfishers & Otters reside on the river. Ideally suited to guests who like nature, the countryside and walking, there are no nightclubs. The West Somerset Heritage Steam Railway can be seen from the hut and is accesible. Kingfisher is located privately screened in our large garden surrounded by farmland and countryside. We welcome friendly guests

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

The Snug at Mill Barn - rural retreat

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

The village of Williton is within an easy stroll, plant of pubs, coffee shops, fish & chips and pubs. A fantastic footpath network runs from the farm. Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Otters Holt: Dog friendly loft in converted barn

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Watch our pedigree cattle grazing in the luscious fields beyond, unwind in the wood fired hot tub under the stars with a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz or curl up on the cosy bed with a book. Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
