Exhale, drive up the private driveway to the waterfront Chautaqua Creek Retreat on the coveted Chautauqua Gorge. Enjoy 4.4 wooded acres. Walk or drive down path to the creek. One of the best steelhead fishing in season and swimming holes in NY state. Just a short drive to the marina with a boat launch and fishing charter. Your place will be about in the middle of the wine tour along Lake Erie. Plenty of restaurants and a smoked fish house nearby. Barcelona beach is a short walk behind my place near the mouth of Chautauqua Creek. A 14 acre preserve borders my property.
