Take a break and unwind in this mostly quiet cabin. Set on a quiet country road on a farm in the hills of Waipu. 7.9km to the Centre of Waipu that has a supermarket, chemist, cafes, hardware, museum 11km to Uretiti Beach, 17km to Waipu Cove, 4.9k to Piroa Falls, 10km to Waipu Caves. The owners live on the farm as it is a working farm. There will be the sound of motorbikes in the distance and you may see cows walking past or depending on the day of the month cows in paddock the by the cabin.

No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

A 15-20min walk along the Hatea Loop gets you to the Town Basin, home to newly opened Hündertwasser Museum, Wairau Māori Art Gallery, waterfront dining, and centre of town shopping. Best for 1-2 guests, but can snugly accommodate up to 4. Onsite carpark next to the self check-in studio apartment, fully detached & separate from the main house dwelling.

The famous Waipu Caves near the bottom of the property can be accessed by foot or by car via the driveway. Beaches and Waipu village are around 20mins drive.
