From the living room you come to the terrace with lounge and outdoor eating space, with retractable sunshades. The guests can use parking and outdoor BBQ in the garden. 5 to 10 minutes walk by the sea to the town center, 300m from market place.

Stone Beauty from 1467, cultural monument located in the historical core of Pučišća - one of the 15 most beautiful small towns in Europe. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

In our spacious apartment, you will enjoy a 180° Sea view and reside at a high standard. We have stable WIFI, working tables, efficient cooling and floor heating. You are 5 walking minutes away from beach, bakery or grocery store. Connect this apartment with the 4 Seasons Rogoznica studio for a trip with your favorite group (max 8 pple). Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Apartman Elena nalazi se na samom centru stare jezgre prekrasne Rogoznice, nekoliko stepenica hoda kamenom ulicom od crkve i sunčane rive. Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in several shops in Rogoznica. The beach is peacefull and the water is crystal clear. You can relax on the beach under the parasol.
