Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. You can feed the alpacas or visit the chicken to collect some eggs. There is always a spare paddock for horsey people visiting the area and plenty of room to park a trailer or boat. We are located 10 min away from Hobbiton, Karapiro lake and 15 min from Cambridge town centre.

"The Old Church" Boutique Accommodation

Our wonderful home is a converted Catholic Church, built in 1954 which we were lucky enough to buy in 1996. It offers a unique and special stay, full of character with a peaceful atmosphere. A great place to spend time relaxing or exploring the beautiful area we live in. To add to this, Café 77 is situated right across the road in what was once the old derelict Manawaru Dairy Factory. They are open from 8 am to 3 pm daily and we can highly recommend!

Escape to the country at our self-contained cabin with lovely mountain & country views at the base of the Kaimai Ranges. Close to Wairere Falls (7 min drive), Hobbiton Tour from Matamata (28 min drive) & 3 mins ride to cycle trail! Central to Rotorua, Waitomo, Coromandel Peninsula and Auckland. Morrinsville is a centrally located Waikato town. It is less than two hours from Auckland and both coasts and half an hour from Hamilton. The accommodation is walking distance to the town centre with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The studio room has it's own access and is set in a large restful section with mature trees. You will have a peaceful private place to stay with a garden view.
