Excellent sea food, fresh salads, friendly service. It gets crowded and they stop seating around 8:15 so don’t wait too late!

You would never think to find a great seafood place in a plaza next to a Harris Teeter, but there is. This place is by far one of the best places to eat on IOP, call ahead for reservations, or if you're a small group, grab a place at the bar with the rest of the locals

Fresh and tasty! Long Island Grill has been on the island for many years, for good reason. They have a whole crispy flounder that is culinary heaven on a plate. Service is great at the bar if you can't get a seat at a table. Reservation recommended.

Excellent local seafood. Very reasonably priced lunch, pretty expensive for dinner.
