There's more to Japanese food than just sushi! At Nanban, you can enjoy delicious Ramen and Tsukemen, amongst other Japanese 'soul food', as well as unique fusion dishes (often using ingredients from the nearby Brixton Market), from an award-winning chef. There are several vegetarian options and some very yummy cocktails. If you're on a budget or heading to a movie at the nearby Ritzy or concert at the nearby Brixton Academy, you can save 25% off food by opting for the early bird special between 5 and 6 pm or save on drinks during happy hour from 5 to 7 pm. There is a lunchtime deal for ramen at £6. Nanban also offers take out. Another bonus is that it's open until 1 am on weekends.
