Nestled in a majestic setting in the St. John River valley, Kings Landing Historical Settlement depicts the one hundred year transformation of a young colony into a vibrant nation. Listen for creaking wagons pulled by trotting work horses, the whooshing of hoop skirts, and the distant melodies from lively fiddlers and dancing townsfolk. Witness the bustle of farm life, and learn first hand how ordinary people lived and worked in the 19th century. An epic story that’s more than just history, it’s history, well told

Step back in time ! A must if you visit New Brunswick, a full day of amazing historic homes, farm life, and scenic views. Highly recommend getting a bite to eat,and apple cider at the King's Head Inn . You can even hitch a wagon ride back if you’re to full to walk!

The unique village was developed after the Mactaquac Dam was built, many of the features of the original area have been restored and preserved there. There is an admission charge.

Less than 5 minute drive from here. A historical village on the Mactaquac Head Pond section of the St. John River, a must visit for families.
