Just has everything. Walks , amazing scenery, food, shops, trains, river walk. Park in town or we always park at the National trust Craflwyn car park ( lots of different walks in , moderate to hard- definitely not for buggies or people unsteady on their legs) we like to climb mountain on way in and river walk back after a nice visit for food and a beer.

A walkers paradise in the foothills of Snowdon. Quite easy to get to from Pistyll on the back roads using your Sat Nav. Small town in picturesque location and the river walks is one of my favourites and quite narrow and close to fast flowing river at times. Be careful walking in flood waters.
