Real Japanese food in a European atmosphere. Chef Katsuaki Okiyama is famous. I’ve known him for a long time. He specializes in soba wheat noodles that, in terms of depth, flavor, and process, are all about excellence. He makes small tapas, too. I like the seasoned rice. Get in line before they open because they don’t take reservations and it’s difficult to get a table.
