Hiking/Swimming Beautiful River Location Be very careful swimming in Yuba River in early summer. The waters move much faster than it appears and there are accidents during the early summer every year. Best not to jump of rocks near fast moving waters until water level lowers later in summer and be very careful where you chose to swim.

Rocky beach area on the river, gentle areas for children and family. BE AWARE OF THE HIGH COLD WATER FROM SNOW FALL IN 2017. READ ALL POSTED SIGNS BEFORE GOING IN THE RIVER. Beautiful area to swim after July 20th general but depends on many factors so pay attention.
