If you want a unique dinner experience, we will absolutely recommend Silvestre! Go for the tasting menu and explore local flavors with a twist. You might want to reserve a table and if you arrive early, visit Cothnejo-Fishy which is a local "cantina" right below the restaurant so you can start the night with great drinks.

Silvestre Restaurant Costarican traditional food with an innovative touch! Try chef’s suggestions, the surprise 6 course menu is delicious and so much fun . Its an experience , you cant miss .One of a kind experience, amazing flavors.cocktails are delicious and so much fun ! If you go try the churchill for desert 😊

Silvestre is one of my favorite restaurants in Costa Rica where chef Santiago combines authentic Costa Rican ingredientes and techniques presented in a modern way. Wonderful cocktails and mesmerizing chef’a tasting menu.
