Great breakfast place ($$$) they sell this awesome waffles with over easy eggs on the top. Everything in the menu is super good.

They only open for breakfast and lunch, but their menu will rival many in more luxurious settings. And their coffee is hands down the best I've had.

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner which now at night is "Pax Sports Bar" with Wagyu Beef Hamburgers I'm told by the main chef, Mao. They have a remarkable Lobster Omelette, the famous chorizo from Toluca usually served with eggs, then there's French Toast, Chilaquiles, Seafood, and Vegan Dishes that'll knock your socks off like coconut and/or cauliflower ceviche or vegan chilaquiles, very good Lentil Soup, and many other things. Everything is done very well here and they offer a very nice restaurant to enjoy great food at.
