In Cape San Blas which is a bit of a drive east of town. Recommend hitting it on your way out of the area if you are heading east for a coastal drive on I-98. Outstanding donuts. Go early.

Worth every bite and every minute of standing in a line. On Saturday they have old fashion donuts. Bring your own drink.
