The local tram stop - 40m from the door! Two tram lines run this section: the number 8 from Moreland Station to Toorak, and the number 1 from East Coburg to South Melbourne.

Closest Tram Stop for Trams 1 and 8 will get you down Swanston Street to Flinders Street Station. You will need to purchase a Myki card, see the the Milkbar further north on Lygon Street.
