Local swimming pool (summer months)! Technically you have to be a resident but if you just say you are a guest and are happy to pay (I think it might be $5) they will likely just wave you through.

Public pool, rec-center, but best of all a Library within walking distance!

HUGE playground (accessible even). Pool open in the summer. Library. Basketball court. But, seriously, the playground is AWESOME!
